Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Responsibilities: Nutritional Care: -Provides comprehensive nutrition care to assigned patients by assessing nutritional needs, developing, implementing, and re-evaluating nutritional care plans. Modifies diet orders. -Provides coverage of all inpatient units. Outpatient: Attends and participates in multidisciplinary rounds for all designated clinics. Provides cross-coverage for other outpatient areas as assigned. -Performs initial nutrition screening of patients and determines patient nutrition risk level classification (e.g. low, moderate or high risk) on assigned units according to established nutrition care policy. Outpatient: Responds to referring to clinician, patient, family or the care giver regarding nutrition related issues within 24 hours of notification. Required Skills & Experience: -Two (2) - four (4) years of experience. -Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills. -Strong verbal communication and listening skills. -Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). -Ability to build strong customer relationships. -Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty Demonstrated analytical skills. -Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills. -Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
