About the Facility Location The facility is located in Upstate New York. About the Clinician's Workday The role involves OR and ICU responsibilities (no clinic) focused on cardiac and thoracic, not vascular, surgery. Shift structure includes non-call days (7am to finish) and 24 hour call shifts with the following day off, typically 1 to 2 calls per week. Candidates should have standard CT surgery skills, including first assist and vein harvesting. Case load is 1 to 2 surgeries per day. The team includes 3 surgeons, CVICU APPs, a scrub tech, and OR RNs. EPIC EMR experience preferred.
