Job Description:
Job Title: ICU/PCU Float Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours
Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active
nursing license Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Level 1
Trauma experience - Travel experience - University hospital setting
experience Description: ICU/PCU Float Pool position. Eligible to
float as needed across multiple critical care units. Care for
complex critical care patients, including but not limited to
ventilators and titratable medication management. Experience with
central and arterial lines, PA/Swan Ganz catheters, and respiratory
support is required. Shifts run from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Work a
minimum of a rotating 3-4-3-4 schedule, including every other
weekend.
