Job Description:
We are seeking a Hospitalist (MD or DO) to join our dedicated
inpatient care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a
motivated physician looking to make an impact in a community
hospital with manageable patient volumes, excellent sub-specialty
support, and a strong infrastructure. Position Overview: Provide
inpatient care during a 7 on / 7 off block schedule (7 AM – 7 PM)
Round daily on assigned patients (average 12–15 per physician )
Admit new patients and respond to rapid responses/codes Collaborate
closely with intensivists in an open ICU setting (24/7 consultation
available) Perform patient assessments, histories, physicals, and
documentation in Paragon EMR Coordinate care with attending
physicians, specialists, and hospital staff Participate as part of
a cohesive hospitalist team managing 40–50 patients per day
collectively No on-call duties
