Job Description Join a dedicated home care agency offering a
$15K sign-on bonus and a competitive salary of $120K for full-time
Speech Therapists. Provide assessments and treatments for speech
and language disorders in patients' homes. Report to the Director
of Rehab and ensure high-quality, compliant care per Department of
Health standards. Earn up to $85 per visit with industry-leading
rates. Qualifications include NYS licensure, a valid driver’s
license, vehicle (except Manhattan), and preferred home care
experience. Must demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and
documentation skills, with proficiency in computer use.
Responsibilities involve clinical decision-making, client
satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Benefits include 401(k),
