Job Description:
Orthopaedic Surgeon (New Graduates are Accepted) - New York, NY
Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days) Setting: Outpatient Private Practice
Geographic & Cultural Alignment - Required To best serve our
patient community, candidates must demonstrate a meaningful
connection to the New York City region through one or more of the
following: Current residence or employment in the NYC area Prior
residence, upbringing, or education in NYC Long-term professional
experience in the NYC region Experience practicing in Manhattan
(required) Familiarity with Staten Island patient populations
(strong plus) This requirement ensures strong cultural
understanding and continuity of care within our community.
Qualifications MD or DO; completion of an accredited Orthopedic
Surgery residency Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Eligible
for New York State medical licensure Strong communication skills
and a commitment to patient-centered care Open to new graduates and
experienced surgeons (must meet geographic/cultural criteria)
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $250,000-$400,000 (based on
experience) Comprehensive benefits package Sign-on and/or
relocation assistance may be considered CME and professional
development support Highly organized outpatient workflow with
controlled patient volume
