Job Description:
Heritage Health and Housing Part Time Hours: Clinic hours: Mon.,
Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM Wed. and Fri. 9 AM-5 PM Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.
Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18-20ppd Loan
Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: Compensation is determined
based on experience and negotiable, based on an hourly rate.

indigent, and houseless communityJOB DESCRIPTION: -The ideal
candidate will integrate with both the staff and community,
immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population. -They
must have the ability to work independently and autonomously
without additional supervision or oversight. -Responsibilities
include medication management for an established patient panel,
infirmed with chronic illness-Some joint injections may be
required, however, they are minimal. Nerve root ablations, facet
joint injections, etc. are not the need for the patient panel here.
