Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for complex endodontic
cases, including root canal therapy, apicoectomies, and
retreatments Partner with general dentists and specialists for
comprehensive care coordination Ensure patients are well-informed
and comfortable through clear communication and gentle chairside
manner Maintain accurate documentation and work within a fully
digital clinical workflow Engage in continuing education and
mentorship to refine your clinical expertise What You’ll Need DMD
or DDS degree from an accredited U.S. dental school Completion of a
CODA-accredited endodontics residency program Active New York
dental license Board Certification (or board eligibility) from the
American Board of Endodontics (preferred) Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Experience with Medicaid patient care
(preferred) What We Offer Production-based compensation: 40-45% of
collections at 98% collection rate, with high daily production
