Professional Nurse utilizes the nursing process in provision of
direct patient care. The RN is responsible and accountable for
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care of
residents. Supervises resident/patient care provided by other
members of the nursing team Develops and implements the resident
care plan and augments the Quality of Life for the residents. PRI
