Doctor of Medicine | Endocrinology Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $245,000 to $260,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position A well-established and thriving endocrinology practice in Albany, New York is seeking up to two full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologists to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, innovative endocrine and diabetes care in a patient-centered environment. Position Highlights: Primarily outpatient endocrinology with light inpatient call coverage (only when inpatient provider is off) Call rotation is 1:10 Flexible scheduling options Join a multidisciplinary team including Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators Provide comprehensive endocrine care, including: Insulin pump/sensor download support Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) Onsite HbA1c testing Nutritional counseling, weight management, foot care, smoking cessation Individual and group diabetes education Access to the latest diabetes technology and treatment protocols A patient-first approach within a supportive team environment Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $245,000–$260,000/year with transition to productivity-based compensation model Starting Bonus: $35,000 Retention Bonuses: $15,000 for two consecutive years Relocation allowance (based on distance; reimbursable with receipts) 5 weeks of paid time off (includes vacation, sick time, CME) $4,500 CME allowance Paid malpractice coverage, including tail Comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance 403(b) retirement program with employer matching Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (must be working toward certification within 5 years of eligibility) – Required New York medical license or willingness to obtain – Required Prior experience as an Endocrinologist – Preferred Not accepting candidates located within 30 miles of Albany, NY Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 not accepted) Why Albany, NY?
