Location: Rome, New York Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Setting: Community-based hospital | Non-trauma facility Average
Census: 12–15 patients per physician Team: Collaborative
hospitalist group managing 40–50 patients collectively ICU: Open
ICU with 24/7 intensivist support (no procedures required) On-Call:

Benefits Base Salary: $250,000 – $275,000 Starting Bonus: $15,000
