Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Critical Care Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in NYC. Job Function: - Day Shift or Night Shift. - 3x12. - Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress. - Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition. - Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members. - Begin treatment and monitor doses. - Maintain patient records. Job Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). - Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain). - 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty. - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. - ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
