Job Function: - Day Shift. - 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. - Coordinate and oversee healthcare services for assigned programs as part of an interdisciplinary team. - Arrange medical referrals and follow up on ongoing health concerns for individuals served. - Provide staff training on medical administration, infection control, and personal care procedures. - Maintain accurate medical documentation and supervise medication administration and storage. - Respond to health emergencies, administer first aid, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Job Requirements: - 2 years of nursing experience. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. - Valid RN license in New York State. - Experience working with OPWDD populations preferred.
