Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $500,000 to $550,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position $500K–$550K Starting Salary | 100K Recruitment Bonus | Strong System Support Opportunity Overview: A well-established and high-demand cardiology group in Saratoga Springs, New York , is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its respected team. For over 30 years, this practice has been a cornerstone in providing exceptional cardiovascular care throughout Saratoga County. This is a hospital-employed, full-time position offering a balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities in a supportive, collegial environment. Position Highlights: 50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient cardiology Shared call schedule: 1 weeknight per week (phone only) 1:5 weekend call with APP support In-house night cardiologist – minimal overnight interruptions Access to state-of-the-art technology and facilities Work alongside a robust team of 7 board-certified cardiologists, 5 advanced practitioners, and certified technologists On-site services include vascular ultrasound, echo, nuclear cardiology, peripheral interventions, venous laser ablations , and cardiac rehabilitation Strong system support and physician-friendly environment Requirements (REQUIRED at Submission): Board Certified in Internal Medicine Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease (within 5 years of fellowship completion) Fellowship-trained in Cardiology Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) Open to H-1B candidates (J-1 not accepted) Open to 2025 graduates and recent fellows Compensation & Benefits: Base salary : $500,000–$550,000 first year Transition into productivity and quality incentive model $100K recruitment package (discussed at interview) Possible additional sign-on bonus Relocation allowance (based on distance; reimbursed with receipts) Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance Paid malpractice with post-employment tail coverage CME allowance CME days Generous PTO and retirement plan with employer match Why Saratoga Springs?
