Physician Assistant | Surgery - Cardiothoracic Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Opportunity Overview We are actively seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Surgery PA for a hospital-based cardiac surgery service in Syracuse, NY . This is an OR-heavy role with some ICU and floor coverage, ideal for a PA with strong first-assist and cardiac surgery experience. Schedule & Call Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Call: 1–2 evenings per week Home call (operating call) Call ratio: 1x per week Practice Setting Hospital-based Cardiac Surgery Service OR-focused , with limited ICU/floor coverage Trauma Level II EMR: Epic Supervision: On-site supervision by Dr APP will not work autonomously Requirements Required Skills & Duties OR First Assist Chest tube insertions Vein & vascular tissue harvest for bypass conduit Cardiac surgery operating experience required Robotic experience a plus Requirements NCCPA Certified – Required Active New York PA License – Required BLS & ACLS – Required Cardiac surgery OR experience – Required Benefits Travel & Expenses Hotel Flight Rental Car (All reimbursed)
