Job Description At Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services (AOKids) , we believe every beginning matters. We’re growing and we’re looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful impact. About the BCBA Role As part of our clinician-led team, the BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs. You’ll lead a small group of RBTs, collaborate closely with families, and ensure every child receives thoughtful, data-driven, and ethical support. This is an opportunity to practice ABA the way it was meant to be delivered with integrity, care, and manageable caseloads.
