Job Description Job Description Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing Facility for the overnight shift located in Bronx, NY. Shift Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Exciting Opportunity: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! Key Responsibilities: Oversee resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing personnel. Create a supportive atmosphere for residents and their families. Address inquiries and requests from residents and staff to provide necessary information. Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations. Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information. Manage the documentation related to resident care services. Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams to foster a cooperative environment. Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is essential. Ability to lead and inspire the team positively. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software. Strong communication skills are a must. Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
