1/27/2026 About the Position About the Position Specialty: RN –
Long-Term Care (LTC) Experience: 1–2 years in skilled nursing or
LTC setting preferred License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS – AHA Must-Have: Experience with geriatric
patients, strong communication and assessment skills Description:
The LTC RN provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in
long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include medication
administration, care planning, wound care, documentation, and
coordination with physicians and families. Ensures resident safety
and promotes quality of life through compassionate care.
Requirements Required for Onboarding: Active RN License BLS
