Job Description Pediatrician Opportunity Outpatient Focus with Newborn Nursery & Light Inpatient Coverage Upstate New York | Adirondack Region We are seeking a highly motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to help develop and grow a pediatric practice in Upstate New York , located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains . This position offers the opportunity to help establish a dedicated pediatric office practice while supporting an existing primary care transition. The pediatrician will play a key role in delivering high-quality pediatric care, supporting the newborn nursery and maternity program , and sharing coverage of a low-volume inpatient general pediatrics service at a Critical Access Hospital. Leadership ability, strong customer service, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach are essential for success in this role. This community offers a high quality of life with four-season outdoor recreation, excellent schools, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere. The area is within reasonable driving distance to Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, and Utica .
