shape the future of healthcare. Position Summary We’re seeking a
clinically experienced and tech-savvy Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
to join our dynamic team at healthPrecision. You will work at the
forefront of digital health innovation, collaborating on the
development, implementation, and real-time optimization of our
AI-powered clinical decision support platform - The Medical Brain.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in emergency
medicine, family medicine, or complex chronic care; experience in
triage or clinical workflows; and a passion for improving
healthcare through technology. Comfort with clinical reasoning,
decision-making under uncertainty, and protocol development is key.
Key Responsibilities You’ll collaborate with clinicians, data
scientists, and medical engineers across three primary domains:
Clinical Logic Development Collaborate with the medical team to
design, build, and refine the decision pathways logic. Translate
evidence-based guidelines and triage protocols into structured
logic. Ensure clinical soundness, safety, and alignment with
real-world workflows. Real-Time Clinical Monitoring Monitor live
patient engagement and system performance. Identify potential
clinical risks or deviations in real-time and escalate as needed.
Provide timely clinical oversight to ensure patient safety and
accuracy of outputs. AI Optimization & Model Implementation
Participate in the design and tuning of Large Language Models
(LLMs) integrated into our platform. Review and analyze model
outputs for clinical appropriateness. Help implement safety
guardrails and model training pipelines from a clinical
perspective. Minimum Qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP / APRN)
- Acute Care NP, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or
Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) 3 years of clinical experience,
particularly in managing chronic and complex patients Deep
understanding of patient assessment, triage workflows, and
evidence-based care Comfort working with digital tools, and AI
models Passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery
using technology Strong communication skills and ability to
collaborate in cross-functional teams Ability to work in a startup
environment and adapt to rapid iterations Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI concepts, especially Large Language Models
(LLMs) Experience in healthcare innovation, healthtech, or applying
technology to improve clinical workflows Experience developing
clinical protocols, triage pathways, or care algorithms based on
evidence-based guidelines Start Date : Immediate availability
