Schedule Night shift from 1900 to 0730, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch. This position requires every other weekend availability. Job Description As a Mother-Baby Couplet Care Nurse, you will provide maternity services for low-risk antepartum, postpartum, and well-baby nursery patients. You will practice couplet care, managing a standard ratio of three couplets per nurse, ensuring high-quality care for mothers and their newborns. Responsibilities Provide care for mothers and their newborns in a couplet care setting. Monitor the health and wellbeing of both mother and neonate. Educate parents on neonatal care and postpartum recovery. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in mother-baby couplet care. Certifications required: BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
