Job Description A healthcare network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need at one of its Educational Services in Manhattan with the addition of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). About the Opportunity: Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Open to Full Time or Part Time) Hours: Flexible (8hrs per day) Patient Population: Pediatrics/Young Adults - IDD/DD Responsibilities: Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of services Monitor care during medical hospitalizations Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree NYS Occupational Therapist (OT) license Desired Skills: 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience Experience with the OPWDD population
