Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking a
Hematology - Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p - Practice Setting: Cancer Center - Types
of Cases and Required Procedures: General Hematology - Oncology. In
Office and Infusion Practice - Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks -
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Mosaiq - Certifications Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS),
Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification, and Oncology Certified -
Licensure Required: Active New York State License and Drug
Enforcement Administration (DEA) DOX LI-KR2 Facility Location
