Job Description Our client is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to practice preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult and/or pediatric patients - Perform preventive care, health screenings, and routine wellness exams - Develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient education - Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with medical guidelines - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice Qualifications: - MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) - Active medical license in New York (or ability to obtain) - Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or hybrid settings (based on practice needs) - Strong clinical skills in preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care - Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered approach Please note- The annual base salary range is $150k to $250k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
