Job Description Boro Park Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Brooklyn, NY. /n /n Duties: /n /n - Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit /n - Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures /n - Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice /n - Maintain the standards of care for the unit /n - Review Resident records & quality of care /n - Monitor overall care & review individual Residents’ cases /n - Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families /n - Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management /n /n Requirements: /n /n - Must hold valid State RN License /n - 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred /n - 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred /n - Strong computer skills /n - Excellent communication skills /n /n /n About us: /n Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 510-bed rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of the Boro Park section of Brooklyn.
