Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a CT technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at Prestigious Hospital in NYC. Job Function: - Night Shift. - Position patient and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician. - Set up, operate, and maintain x-ray equipment according to policy and procedure. - Ability to explain procedures to patients. - Minimize radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques. Job Requirements: - 2 years of exp. CT Tech Hospital exp. AART certified. Must be on resume. - Required Certifications: AART CT, BLS, State Licensed, IV Certification.
