Soloh Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care
for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York. Job Description &

Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 40 hours per week -
Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Position: IMC - Associate
Director of Nursing Location: Brooklyn, NY Pay Rate: $ 74/hr
Schedule: 12 AM to 8:15 AM Duties: -Off shift weekend/holiday
Supervisors. -Assumes shift responsibility for the overall
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
on the unit. -Carries Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision,
values and the overall strategic planning, clinical management,
patient care, budgeting, financial management and quality
management on the unit. -Promotes the health system service
standards and creates a patient focused caring environment while
addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient.
-Fosters an environment of collaboration and respect with physician
colleagues, nurses and other healthcare team members. -Maintains
current knowledge of and ensures compliance with all regulatory and
professional standards of care which includes: CMS, IHI, CAP, etc.
-Utilizes creativity in developing quality/performance improvement
programs, instructing staff and implementing new and improved
standards. -Utilizes results from "tracer” methodology tools to
develop corrective action plans to ensure that quality of care is
embedded into clinical practice on an ongoing basis. Requirements:
-Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience including previous
supervisory experience. -Ability to effectively communicate in
English both verbally and in writing. -Excellent creative skills,
ideas to improve existing programs. -Services, processes, ideas
that have impact on this job and the department. -Demonstrated
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, required.
-Master's Degree in Nursing is required. -Current license to
practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
