Nurse Practitioner | Geriatrics Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $700 to $900 per day Start Date: ASAP About the Position Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews. Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion. Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications responsibly within your NP scope. Educate residents and families on staying healthy and independent. Keep clear, up-to-date records in eClinicalWorks. Participate in quality initiatives that truly make care better. Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited NP program. Active New York State NP license and DEA registration. Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing. 3 years of clinical experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus). A great bedside manner, a big heart, and a good sense of humor.
