Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - Employment Type: Staff Field Nurse / Coordinator of Care / Weekends / Manhattan Weekend / Field RN / Coordinator of Care /nSalary: $105,000 - $110,000, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus. /nLocation: Manhattan, NY /nWe also have roles open Queens and the Bronx /nFriday, Saturday and Sunday - 13hr shifts /nOrganization: Large, Respected Certified Home Care Agency (CHHA) /n /nWeekend Field RN Role Overview /nThe Field RN/Coordinator of Care is a vital member of the home care team, managing all aspects of patient care. This full-time, permanent position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, offering stability and flexibility.
