Job Description A nonprofit services organization in New York
City is actively seeking a new Residential Manager to focus on
leadership and operational improvement. About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday Hours: 7am to 8pm (varies) Setting:
Residential IRA Patient Population: IDD Responsibilities: Ensuring
compliance with OPWDD and NYS Justice Center regulations
Supervising daily operations with a focus on safety Overseeing
staff, including DSPs and an Assistant Manager Reviewing and
approving staff schedules Supporting community inclusion and
activity planning Qualifications: 3 years of relevant work
experience AMAP, SCIP, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or
ability to obtain) IRA Billing experience Program Management
experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication
skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to de-escalate
situations Desired Skills: 5 years of experience Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of OPWDD policies
