the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Rehab RN in New York City, New York, 10025! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration:
13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience required. - 2 years
of nursing experience preferred. - Experience with spinal cord
injuries and traumatic brain injuries required. - Med-Surg
experience required. - Travel experience preferred but not required
for Per Diem positions. - Experience with electronic health record
systems highly preferred. License: - Client RN License required.
Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Must-Have: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. - Associate
degree in nursing considered only with relevant experience or
active enrollment in a BSN program. Description: Delivers patient
care by incorporating the tenets of a professional practice model
of relationship-centered care. Applies the nursing process based on
theory, research, and evidence-based practice. Assesses and
evaluates patient care needs and applies critical thinking skills
in patient care management. Integrates relevant assessment and
