Job Description Job title: Virtual Care Coordinator Job location: New York, NY 10017 Shift : 7AM-3PM Pay : $20 - $28/hr Length : 3 months, Possible extension Duties: Support virtual patient care and remote monitoring Monitor patient safety, behavior, and clinical status Coordinate telehealth visits and ensure timely execution Triage and assign virtual monitoring cases Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership Track telehealth quality metrics and performance data Document patient observations and escalations Provide telehealth training and workflow support Serve as liaison with IT, vendors, and providers Ensure HIPAA and patient privacy compliance Skills: Telehealth & remote monitoring expertise Strong patient care background (3 years) Excellent communication and collaboration EMR & multiple technology platforms Real-time troubleshooting (“White Glove” support) Quality assurance and data analysis Clinical observation and early warning signs Problem-solving and prioritization Attention to safety and compliance Flexibility in fast-paced virtual care settings Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts.
