This role involves managing staff schedules, providing support, maintaining documentation, and fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in long-term care, with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate care while upholding confidentiality standards. Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing Facility for the evening shift in the Bronx, NY. Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Now Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Key Responsibilities: Fulfill resident care needs by scheduling and assigning nursing personnel Create a supportive atmosphere for residents and their families Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established protocols Safeguard resident privacy by overseeing the handling of confidential information Oversee the documentation related to resident care services Encourage teamwork and collaboration among healthcare staff Qualifications: Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is required Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director Familiarity with EHR and prescribing software is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Basic computer proficiency is required About Our Organization: We are a 448-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility known for high resident and family satisfaction ratings.
