Job Description Job Description Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Overview: The Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for managing the nursing staff schedule during weekends, ensuring that residents receive compassionate care, and upholding a safe and compliant environment within our facility. Candidates must possess a valid RN license, have a minimum of three years of experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities. This role also involves overseeing resident care documentation and promoting teamwork among healthcare professionals in a skilled nursing rehabilitation context. Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Weekends at our skilled nursing facility located in The Bronx, NY. Now Offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Key Responsibilities: Fulfill resident care needs by scheduling and assigning nursing personnel Create a supportive atmosphere for residents and their families Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations Safeguard resident confidentiality by overseeing the handling of sensitive information Oversee the documentation of resident care services Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams Qualifications: Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is required Should exhibit strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director Familiarity with EHR and prescribing software is preferred Exceptional communication skills are essential Basic computer proficiency is required About Us: Our facility is a 448-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center known for high resident and family satisfaction ratings.
