Job Description Job Description Obstetrics and Gynecology - Physician Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join our esteemed practice in New York City. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive care for both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, collaborating with a diverse team in a unique blend of academic and private practice environments. Position Overview Our organization is excited to welcome a full-scope Generalist OB/GYN to our expanding team. We are a pioneering practice that integrates the advantages of academic medicine with the personalized care typical of private practice. As the largest high-risk obstetrics center in the area, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and precise care for a wide range of pregnancy complexities. Practice Highlights Diverse team composition: 11 Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, 10 OB/GYNs, 5 Gynecologists, 1 Physician Assistant, and 1 Geneticist. Flexible work schedule: 3 days in the office, 1 day on call (with the day off following on-call duty). Call rotation: approximately 1:7. Patient load: 20-28 patients per day. Hospital affiliation with a facility that handles around 7,000 deliveries annually, featuring a Level III-IV NICU and access to residents and educational resources. On-site ultrasound services through our partner imaging center. In-office procedures, including nitrous oxide and cosmetic treatments, supported by a team of 4 registered nurses. Possession of a current, unrestricted state medical license. Current, unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.
