This role focuses on preventive care, wellness, acute visits, and chronic disease management for an established patient panel, offering an excellent balance of autonomy and physician support. Requirements Qualifications ?? NP or PA degree from an accredited program ?? Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) ?? Active and unrestricted New York State license ??
