Nurse Practitioner | Surgery - Vascular Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $120 to $125 per hour Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with RNFA to support an inpatient vascular/cardiac surgery service . This is a high-acuity, procedure-focused role with strong autonomy and surgeon support. Practice Setting Inpatient only (No clinic) Service census: ~15–20 patients Rounds: ~3–5 patients/day EMR: Epic APP works autonomously Surgeon on-site Adult & geriatric patient population ? Schedule & Call Full-time availability required Schedule includes days, nights, evenings, and weekends Call: 1–2 nights per week Overnight emergency OR call only Taken from home Compensation & Expenses $125/hour Travel covered: Flight (from home airport) Hotel up to $150/night Rental car up to $50/day ?? Application and credentialing fees are not reimbursed Responsibilities Inpatient rounding and coordination of care Pre-op physical exams Diagnose and treat illnesses Order and interpret diagnostic tests Write prescriptions Suture removal Assist in surgery Intraoperative first assist Required Procedures Intraoperative first assisting Removal of dialysis catheters ? Requirements (All Required) NP must have RNFA NCCPA or ANCC/AANP Certification Active New York license BLS & ACLS Must have: Vascular and/or cardiac surgery experience Strong medical management experience Benefits Malpractice covered
