This role is ideal for a mid-to-late career physician with extensive experience in comprehensive primary care who is seeking long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and excellent work-life balance. Requirements Qualifications ?? MD or DO from an accredited medical school ?? Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine ?? Completion of an accredited residency program ?? Active and unrestricted New York State medical license ?? Valid DEA license ?? BLS/ACLS certification ?? 10 years of independent primary care experience preferred ?? Clean malpractice history ??
