Job Description:
Job Description Job Description To assist in supervising the
day-to-day operations of the residences. Responsibilities include
but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the
residences and that adequate support services (vendors, suppliers)
are maintained; providing direct services to the Individuals
together with the direct care staff; supervising the DSP's, Cook
and Maintenance personnel and ensuring that training is provided to
the facility staff. Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, Associate’s
degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with
the DD population and Valid Driver’s license required. Must be
computer literate, detail-oriented and have excellent verbal and
written skills. Ability to multi-task is a plus.
