Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $325,000 to $350,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position A well-established, respected women’s health practice in Troy, New York , is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join its growing, patient-centered team. This is a full-time employed opportunity with a supportive network, access to a modern birth center, and a collaborative approach to care. Position Highlights: Full-scope OB/GYN role — mix of obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery Work alongside a highly regarded team of physicians and advanced practice providers Join an established practice with multiple locations in the greater Troy area, including Latham, East Greenbush, Cohoes, and Clifton Park Deliveries and surgeries performed at a recently remodeled, state-of-the-art birth center Modern offices , accessible locations, and updated technologies Strong support staff and established patient base Open to 2025 grads and recent graduates working toward board certification Not accepting visa or locum candidates Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary between $325,000 and $350,000 annually (plus incentives) Starting bonus – discussed during the interview Relocation allowance available (reimbursed based on distance moved) Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, vision coverage Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME allowance and dedicated CME time Retirement savings program Tuition reimbursement , if applicable Paid time off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ?
