$2,772.00 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for
providing high-quality patient care, coordinating treatment plans,
and supporting patients and their families through assessment,
education, and advocacy. The RN collaborates with physicians and
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and
compassionate care in accordance with established standards and
policies. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient conditions and document
clinical observations Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed Perform nursing procedures and assist with diagnostic
tests Educate patients and families on health conditions,
treatments, and preventive care Collaborate with physicians and
healthcare team members Respond to medical emergencies and provide
appropriate interventions Maintain accurate and timely medical
records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies,
and infection control standards Advocate for patient safety and
quality care Qualifications & Requirements Education Associate
Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
required BSN preferred (depending on facility requirements)
Licensure & Certification Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or
other specialty certifications preferred (as applicable) Experience
New graduate or experienced RN (experience requirements may vary)
Clinical experience in relevant healthcare setting preferred Skills
& Competencies Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability
to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Proficiency in
electronic health records (EHR) systems Ability to multitask and
work in a fast-paced environment Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients as needed May
