Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a
compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner to bring high-quality,
patient-centered primary care to residents in assisted living
communities. You’ll have the freedom and support to really connect
with patients, use your clinical expertise, and still have time for
your life outside of work. Job Type : Part Time Responsibilities:
Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.
Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests. Prescribe
medications responsibly within your NP scope. Educate residents and
families on staying healthy and independent. Keep clear, up-to-date
records in eClinicalWorks. Participate in quality initiatives that
truly make care better. Qualifications: Master’s degree from an
accredited NP program. Active New York State NP license and DEA
registration. Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing. 3 years of
clinical experience required (geriatric or long-term care
experience is a big plus). A great bedside manner, a big heart, and
a good sense of humor. Your Schedule Part-time flexibility On-site
