Location : New York, NY 10016 Duration : 3 Months Education :
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) – Required Shift Details :
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Specific Skills : Provide psychosocial
assessments and patient support Coordinate discharge planning and
community resources Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and
multidisciplinary teams Support patients and families during
hospitalization Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds Active LMSW License (NYSED)
– Required Minimum 1 year of hospital or inpatient experience
Experience in medicine, surgery, or rehabilitation settings
preferred Familiarity with EMR systems General Description: We are
seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with hospital-based
experience to join our inpatient care team. The ideal candidate
will have experience working in medicine, surgery, or
rehabilitation units and demonstrate strong care coordination and
patient advocacy skills.
