Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Bronx, NY Agency:
MEDSCoders Pay: $2,000 to $2,115 per week Shift Information: Days -
5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Months Start Date: ASAP
About the Position Assess patient and family situations for nursing
and health-related issues. Educate patients and families on disease
processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Document all nursing services provided in a timely manner and
prepare periodic reports to ensure compliance with state and
federal regulations. Instruct and supervise patients, caregivers,
and home health aides in aspects of patient care as appropriate.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements 1-2 years of
experience in Homecare or Long-term care preferred. Valid New York
State RN License. Strong assessment and clinical skills. Bilingual
in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus. Professional liability
