BAYADA is launching a new school-based ABA program in Wall, NJ, and we’re seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs®) who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting. Position Details - Location: Wall, NJ (school-based services) - Schedule: Full-Time - Setting: Public school environment What You’ll Do - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments - Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans - Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™) - Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Lead group supervision and professional development sessions - Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and professional standards - Promote a culture rooted in compassion, excellence, and reliability What We’re Looking For - Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB® - New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain prior to start - Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred - Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills - Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making - Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment - Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care Why Join BAYADA? - Total compensation up to $82,000–$103,000, including incentives - Sign-on bonus up to $7,000 - Student loan repayment assistance up to $5,000 - Competitive full-time pay (hourly or salaried, based on experience) - Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage - Generous paid time off and paid holidays supporting work-life balance - Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support - 401(k) with company match - Opportunity to help build and grow a new school-based ABA program within a respected, mission-driven non-profit About BAYADA Founded in 1975, BAYADA is a non-profit organization that has never been sold.
