Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with strong gynecology experience to join our expanding women’s health department. This is a great opportunity for a motivated NP or PA to deliver high-quality care in a well-supported outpatient environment. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $90–$95/hour (based on experience) Productivity-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Malpractice insurance provided Dedicated medical assistant and scribe support Ongoing professional growth opportunities for every Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Key Responsibilities Conduct gynecological exams, Pap smears, and contraceptive counseling as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Provide prenatal, postpartum, and preventive women’s health services Educate patients on reproductive health and chronic condition management Collaborate closely with physicians, other Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and support staff Maintain detailed documentation within the EHR following women’s health best practices Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York State Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in gynecology or women’s health preferred EHR/EMR proficiency Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills Why Join Doral?
