Job Description Nurse Manager – Operating Room Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Operating Room team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape perioperative nursing practice while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you will oversee all clinical and administrative operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and effective resource management. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a skilled perioperative nursing team. Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. Manage clinical operations, budgets, staffing, and resources. Drive quality initiatives, innovation, and performance improvement. Collaborate across disciplines to strengthen outcomes and patient experience. What We’re Looking For: Current NYS RN license (or permit) and registration. BSN required; MSN preferred. Minimum five (5) years perioperative nursing experience. Minimum two (2) years of managerial experience. C.N.O.R. and BLS certification. Active A.O.R.N. membership. Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Location: 111 E. 210th Street, Bronx, NY Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday Salary: $160,000.00 to $200,000.00 For positions that have only a rate listed, the rate displayed is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education, or other relevant factors.
