Job Description Beth Abraham Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility for our evening shift in Bronx, NY. /n 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM /n Now Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus /n /n Duties: /n /n - Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff /n - Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families /n - Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests /n - Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations /n - Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing /n - Manage documentation of resident care services /n - Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams /n /n Requirements: /n /n - Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license /n - Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required /n - Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff /n - Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs /n - Excellent communication skills /n - Basic computer skills /n /n /n About us: /n Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 448-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility with impressive Resident and family satisfaction ratings.
