Job Description:
Job Description Overview The Center for Intimacy Recovery is

LMHC, LMFT, etc.) to join our team in a part-time or full-time
virtual position. Therapists must be licensed in at least one of
the following states: New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our

people become more intimate with themselves and others and to
address the strategies they have developed to protect themselves as
a result of relational trauma. A large part of the practice focuses
on relational trauma, infidelity, betrayal trauma and sexual
addiction. We also have an increased focus on sex therapy including
helping couples to connect more sexually and addressing obstacles
to that. We have built a warm work environment where the culture
has been created with intentionality. The practice is a
multidisciplinary team of therapists and interns who all bring
their own diverse backgrounds and training to their work with our
clients. One of the ways we support our staff is through weekly 1
on 1 individual supervision as well weekly 2 hour group supervision
meetings, where we create a safe environment for therapists to
bring clinical questions and to learn. Responsibilities The
position is responsible for a minimum of 15 clients per week plus 2
hours of group supervision and one hour of individual supervision
weekly. Each therapist makes their own schedule based on their own
needs. Masters level degree or higher Licensed to practice in New
York, Connecticut, or New Jersey Requirements The ideal candidate
will be professional, a good communicator, and able to work
independently. They must also work collaboratively, interested
in-depth psychotherapy and curious. You will be offered weekly
individual supervision and weekly 2 hour group supervision as well
as office space (where we are not virtual). A Master's level degree
as a social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health
counselor and licensing is required. CSAT certification is
preferred. Several years experience preferred. Compensation &
benefits The pay is fee for service with the opportunity after a
year to be paid a yearly salary with medical, eye and dental
insurance as well as a 401(k) plan. We are committed to affordable
access to care (via needs-based sliding-scale as well as the use of
interns.) We use a fee for service payment model, and do not work
with insurance companies directly at this time. Learn more about us
