Job Description Join our team as a Clinical Assessment Specialist in New York City, responsible for evaluating participants. This role is focused on assessing work engagement capabilities. About the Opportunity: Hybrid or Remote: Onsite Shift: Monday - Friday Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Hours: Full-time Setting: Temporary to permanent position in New York, NY Responsibilities: The Clinical Assessment Specialist will be responsible for: Orienting clients to Program Collecting and filing documentation for assessments Reviewing clinical assessments and pertinent documents Conducting participant interviews Determining reasonable accommodations and documenting needs Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience Master's degree in a relevant field (LMHC, LMSW, LMFT) (No applicable certifications specified) Mental/Behavioral health experience Assessment/Intake experience, including BioPsychoSocials Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams Strong communication skills Organizational skills Attention to detail Desired Skills: Over 2 years of experience preferred Bachelor's or higher degree preferred (No additional certifications specified) Familiarity with EMR systems Bilingual Spanish preferred
